2017 LUCILLE LORTEL AWARD WINNERS

Sweeney Todd Barrow Street Theatre

2017 LUCILLE LORTEL AWARDS NOMINATIONS AND WINNERS

listed below are the nominations for the 2017 Lucille Lortel Awards.  I’m so thrilled to see some of my favorites like Dear Evan Hansen, Ride the Cyclone, The Band’s Visit, and Sweeney Todd gathering up numerous nods. And excited for a few of those lessor known productions like The Wolves, A Life, Love Love Love, and Man from Nebraska getting some as well.  As we get closer I’ll come back and throw my guess into the mix, and I’ll also report who won, so say tuned.

🏆 here are the winners.

Click on the highlighted blue names of productions for a quick link to my reviews.  I’m thrilled to see just how many of these shows I was able to see.  But not to worry, I have a few still on my schedule to see, namely Oslo and Indecent (and maybe I’ll get in to see The View Upstairs before it closes), but very sad that I missed all that I missed.  Next year I’ll do better. 🙂
